How do I get my utilities connected?
You can complete the online form yourself, select all services and companies you would like to go with, or request a callback in contact us, or call us on the relevant country contact numbers.
What happens after I submit my request?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll do the rest. Alternatively, If you request a callback we’ll call you to confirm your details and the utilities you wish to connect.
How do I choose and receive my reward?
Once connected, you’ll receive an email asking for your reward selection. A digital reward voucher will then be sent to your email address.
How long does it take to have my electricity connected?
Your electricity will be connected on the same day, or by the next business day, depending on when we receive your application.
Why would I use this service?
Our service takes the stress and hard work out of moving. Instead of connecting, disconnecting or transferring your utilities yourself, spending hours on hold with phone networks, we do it all for you! It’s just one less thing you have to worry about.
How much does it cost?
Nothing! Our service is free and you can actually earn a reward for using the Turn Me On service from our reward partners.
Why is it free?
For every utility we connect we earn a small commission from the utility company at no cost to you! In turn, we like to say thanks by offering you a reward from our reward partners.
